By accessing or using ReturnRider's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Service Description
ReturnRider provides a platform connecting customers who need to return packages with drivers who can pick up and deliver those packages to designated return locations.
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must not share your account credentials
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Service Usage
Customer Responsibilities
- Packages must be properly sealed and labeled with valid return labels
- You must be available at the specified pickup time or provide alternative instructions
- You are responsible for the accuracy of pickup addresses
- You must not send prohibited items (hazardous materials, illegal items, etc.)
Driver Responsibilities
- Drivers must have valid licenses and insurance
- Drivers must handle packages with care
- Drivers must deliver packages to the correct return locations
- Drivers must provide proof of drop-off
Pricing and Payments
- Prices are shown before you confirm a pickup request
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for services
- All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change prices with notice
Cancellations
- You may cancel a pickup before a driver is assigned without charge
- Cancellations after driver assignment may incur a cancellation fee
- Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension
Liability and Insurance
- We provide insurance coverage for packages during pickup and transport
- Maximum liability is limited to $100 per package unless additional insurance is purchased
- We are not responsible for issues after drop-off at return locations
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm drivers or other users
- Attempt to bypass our payment system
- Reverse engineer or copy our technology
- Submit false or fraudulent pickup requests
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to ReturnRider are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where our headquarters is located. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReturnRider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
